General Terms and Conditions
If you intend to become a customer and active user of our webshop, please, read the general terms and conditions page thouroughly and use our service only if you agree with all its sections, and consider it legally binding for yourself. The present document will not be filed, it is not signed electronically, it cannot be traced back later on and it does not refer to any code of conduct. We are at your disposal via the given contact numbers and addresses if any question should rise in connection with the operation of the webshop or the ordering and shipping processes.

Products available for purchase and available services
- Our webshop markets cosmetic and beauty products and devices, household devices, vitamine and mineral supplements and aloe vera beverages for professional and non-professional customers.
- Certain products for professional use are not available for purchase for non-professional customers as their use requires professional expertise.
- Colour samples and the range of colours aim to present the variety of colours available, the colours there may differ from the actual ones (e.g.: personal screen settings or type of video card, resolution, etc.)
- The presented products can be ordered exclusively online with home delivery.
Categorization
The prices indicated by the products include the statutory value added tax, but they do not include the shipping fee.
Order information
You cannot purchase without registration. Please, make sure to provide correct data upon registration, as the incorrect or out-of-date information may render the purchase unsuccessful, make the communication more difficult or lead to other administrative misunderstandings.
Order processing
Order processing takes place on business days from Monday to Friday between 9.30 am and 4 pm.
Orders submitted after business hours, on weekends or on holidays are processed the first following business day.
Your order will be confirmed by our Customer Service informing you about the possible date of delivery. In general the deadline for home deliveries is within 7 business days after confirmation.
The minimum value to order differs for a professional and for a non-professional customer.
The pictures on product pages may differ from the actual products, in certain cases they only serve as illustrations. Our company cannot be held liable for the technical reviews, suppliers or the changes without prior notification made for reasons beyond our control.
We reserve the right to partly or completely reject orders already confirmed. Partly executing an order may happen exclusively after consulting the customer. If the purchase price of the product was paid in advance, the amount gets transferred back to the sender.
Placing an order
- Put the product of your choice in the shopping basket
- If you would like to put further products in the shopping basket, click on 'Continue shopping'. If you are done shopping, please check the quantity of the item you would like to purchase. You can delete the content of your shopping basket by clicking on the 'X' button. Having provided the quantity, the content of the shopping basket is refreshed automatically. If not, please click on 'Refresh Shopping Basket'.

- The opportunity to select free product sample(s)
- Finalization of order. If you chose to pay with credit card, you'd be guided to the secure page of K&H Bank.
- Having sent the order, you will receive a confirmation via email. Please make sure that you have given the correct email address and please also check the status of your inbox.
Payment methods for the ordered product and for the shipping
The payment of the ordered product can be as follows: via bank transfer, with credit card or upon delivery paying to the messenger. The total amount to be paid includes all fees based on the order summary payment slip and the confirmation letter. The parcel contains the invoice and the possible warranty. Please check the parcel upon delivery in front of the messenger. If the products are damaged ask for minutes to be taken and do not accept and take the package! We are unable to accept any complaint afterwards without minutes!
Home delivery, shipping information
The orders placed through our webshop are shipped with Hungarian Postal Service (MPL). The delivery of packages is on business days between 8 am and 5 pm. If you are not at home in this period, it is better to give your work address (if possible) for shipping address. The messenger will try to deliver the package two times to the given address, the shipping fee of not claimed packages is on the customer!
Shipping rates
Shipping fee is calculated on the basis of current MPL tariffs by taking into consideration the number of items ordered as well as their weight.
Warranty
We assume warranty to products based on the manufacturer. You can find more information about that under service - service - warranty menu. In case of malfunction you can get more information about what to do on the address and telephone number written on the warranty document, or via either of our contacts. The expense of sending the products to a warranty service center is on the customer. Our center does not accept packages sent COD, such parcels are always sent back to the sender!
Right of withdrawal
In pursuance of the regulation of government decree on distance contract 17/1999 (II.5.), the consumer may practice his/her right of withdrawal without justification within 8 business days from the receipt of the ordered product. In the absence of the present information consumer has the right to practice his/her right of withdrawal for three months. In the ansence of the information material - containing the rules of practicing the right of withdrawal, too - sent along with the product in writing (or the invoice also containing these pieces of information), consumer has the right to practice his/her right of withdrawal for three months after the receipt of the product. Upon practicing the right of withdrawal, consumer has no other expense but the expense of sending the product back, however, our company may demand that consumer pays for the damage to property deriving from improper usage.
In certain cases consumer cannot practice the right of withdrawal.
Such cases are as follows:
- In case of products, the price of which depends on money market changes, fluctuation not controlled by our company.
- In case when the product got custom made especially for the customer meeting his/her special requirements.
- In case of highly perishable food products, or products (like roll-on deodorant, toothbrush, underwear, massage oil, sex tools, cosmetics, dietary supplements) that cannot be returned by their nature (for hygienic or sanitary reasons).
- In case of audio or video or software product, if it got unwrapped.
In pursuance of the government decree, company transfers the amount of purchase price of the returned product back to the customer immediately, but within 30 days at most. Extract of government decree on distance contract 17/1999. (II. 5.):
4. § (1) Consumer may practice his/her right to withdraw without justification within eight business days from the contract.
(2) Consumer can practice his/her right of withdrawal of section (1)
a) in case of the contract regarding the sale of the product from the day of delivery, if consumer had not received the confirmation in writing of § 3, within 8 business days after its delivery, but maximum within three months after the delivery of the product,
b)in case of the contract regarding providing a service from the day of entering into contract, if until that day the consumer had not yet received the confirmation in writing of § 3, within 8 business days after its delivery, but maximum within three months after the delivery of the product.
(3) If the delivery of the written confirmation of § 3 is, in the case of article a) of section (2) from the day of the product's delivery; and in the case of article b) of section (2) within three months from entering into contract, for eight business days from this date consumer can practice his/her right of withdrawal if there are less than eight business days left from the three months after the delivery of the product or the signing of the contract.
(4)If the withdrawal was expressed in writing, it must be considered valid within deadline, if consumer mails or sends his/her declaration prior to the expiration of the deadline.
(5) Company is liable for transfering the amount the consumer had paid back immediately, but max. within thirty days after the day of withdrawal.
(6) Expenses arising from returning the product are on the consumer. Consumer has no other expense to pay. However, company can demand compensation for the damages resulting from improper use of the product.
§ 5. In the absence of differring agreement of the parties, consumer cannot practice the right of withdrawal:
a) in the case of a contract regarding providing a service, if company had started the fulfilment with the consent of the consumer prior to the expiration of the withdrawal deadline;
b) in the case of selling such product of providing such service the price or fee of which depend on the fluctuation of the money market beyond the control of the seller;
c) in the case of selling such product that is linked to the persona of the consumer or that was custom made based on the directions of the consumer or was manufactured for the specific request of the consumer, or that cannot be returned by its nature or that is highly perishable;
d) in the case of a contract regarding audio or video recording or computer software, if the product had already been unwrapped by the consumer;
e) in the case of contract regarding selling newspaper, periodical or seasonal magazine;
f) in the case of contract regarding gambling.

Course of practicing the right of withdrawal
If you intend to practice your right of withdrawal you can do so by notifying the company in writing via either of our contacts or on the phone. If you mail the notification we take into consideration the date of postage, and if the notification was made on the phone, the day of the phonecall serves as the date of the notification. If you mail the notification, make sure to send it via registered post, thus you will be able to prove the date of postage.
Send the ordered product back to our address via post or a messenger. It is very important that the expenses of sending back the product are on the customer, our company cannot accept COD packages! If requested, we can notify the messenger service we are in contract with that you intend to send a package, the tariff of which has to be paid to the messenger upon sending it.
Make sure to use the product normally, as intended, since the expenses deriving from damages caused by improper usage are on the customer. Having arrived at our center, the unwrapping of the package as well as the examination of the sent product are recorded with a camcorder. This step is necessary to avoid any further misunderstandings (e.g. that the returned product was damaged or lacked certain parts). Within 30 days after the receipt of the returned product, Alveola Kft. transfers the amount of the purchase price back to the bank account the customer provided.
Data management
Alveola Kft manages personal information provided during the use of the webshop confidentially, and it does not share it with further parties, unless it is necessary for the fulfillment of delivering the customer's order (except for voluntary registration for newsletter or other information relation). While browsing the webshop, pieces of technical information get recorded for statistical purposes (IP address, length of visit, etc). Alveola Kft. hand these pieces of information over to the authorities only in cases that are legally reasonable and supported. Authorization of cookies is necessary to use our service. If you do not wish to authorize the use cookies, you can disable it in the settings of your browser. In case of disabled cookies, certain elements of the service can only be used partly or not at all. Cookies are files sent by the server to the user's browser and are stored by user's computer. No personal information gets stored in a cookie. Alveola Kft. applies the information recorded during ordering for the fulfillment of the orders, and it informs the customers in newsletters about discounts and new products which may interest them. The data on invoices issued for orders that were submitted on the pages of the webshop through certain information systems get to be recorded and stored for the time defined by the relative accounting law in force.
Alveola Kft. handles information given upon registering for newsletter during browsing the webshop confidentially. Unsubscription is made possible at the bottom of every newsletter or can be requested via our contacts. In issues not regulated by the present general terms and conditions the followings shall apply: government decree on distance contract 17/1999 (II.5.), and the regulations relating to electronic commercial services as well as certain issues of services related to information society CVIII. reg. of the year 2001.
