Order information
Registration is necessary to place an order. Please, make sure to provide us with all the correct information upon registering, since providing incorrect or out of date data may result in a failed purchase, renders communication more difficult or may lead to other administrative misunderstandings.
Order processing
Order processing takes place on business days (Mon to Fri) between 9.30 am. and 4 pm.
If you placed your order after business hours, on weekend or on holiday, your order gets processed on the first following business day.
Your order gets confirmed via email by our Customer Service informing you about the date of its execution. The average time is within 7 business days after confirmation. The minimum order gets calculated separately for professional and non-professional buyers.
It is HUF5,000 for non-professionals and HUF9,990 for professionals.
Pictures shown on product sites may differ from the actual packaging, in certain cases they only serve as illustrations. Our company holds no responsibility for the technical reviews, suppliers or the changes without prior notification made for reasons beyond our control.
We reserve the right to partly or completely reject orders already confirmed. Partly executing an order may happen exclusively after consulting the customer. If the purchase price of the product was paid in advance, the amount gets transferred back to the sender.
Placing an order
- Put the product of your choice in the shopping basket
- If you would like to put further products in the shopping basket, click on 'Continue shopping'. If you are done shopping, please check the quantity of the item you would like to purchase. You can delete the content of your shopping basket by clicking on the 'Delete' button. Having provided the quantity, the content of the shopping basket is refreshed automatically. If not, please click on 'Refresh Shopping Basket'.
- Select Shipping/Payment method.
- Order
- Providing Shipping/Billing information and data to signing in /If already registered, you can sign in.
- Giving all the requested data the order can be placed by clicking on the 'Place order' button. Prior to that, the information given can once again be checked, and a note can also be sent along with the order.
- Having sent the order, you will receive a confirmation via email. Please make sure that you have given the correct email address and please also check the status of your inbox.
Payment methods for the ordered product and for the shipping
The payment of the ordered product canbe as follows: via bank transfer, with credit card or upon delivery paying to the messenger. The total amount to be paid includes all fees based on the order summary payment slip and the confirmation letter. The parcel contains the invoice and the possible warranty. Please check the parcel upon delivery in front of the messenger. If the products are damaged ask for minutes to be taken and do not accept and take the package! We are unable to accept any complaint afterwards without minutes.
Shipping information
The orders placed through our webshop are shipped with Hungarian Postal Service (MPL). The delivery of packages is on business days between 8 am and 5 pm. If you are not at home in this period, it is better to give your work address (if possible) for shipping address. The messenger will try to deliver the package two times to the given address, the shipping fee of not claimed packages is on the customer!
Shipping fee
Shipping fee is calculated on the basis of current MPL tariffs by taking into consideration the number of items ordered as well as their weight.
