Usage: Add 3-8 drops to the water in an aroma evaporator or electric diffuser. To care for skin and scalp to relieve itching, mix 2-5 drops in 1 teaspoon of carrier oil for topical use. To care for the mouth and gums, mix 5-10 drops with 1/2 glass of water, rinsing several times a day. For a foot bath, add 5-10 drops to a tablespoon of essential oil mixed with milk or honey then add the mixture to 2-3 liters of lukewarm water. For sauna, add 4-6 drops of essential oil to the water of the pouring spoon, then stir it and pour it on the hot stones.
