Research has shown that phenolic compounds extracted from grape stems have strong antioxidant properties and effectively fight free radicals that accelerate aging. Strong antioxidants can also be extracted from the flesh and seeds of grapes, which protect the skin from harmful UV rays and reduce redness caused by sunburn, thereby reducing skin damage.
