As a first step, please send us a copy of the following documents:
- a professional certificate or  a copy of your professional licence or a proof of being a student in the beauty sector
- company certificate (with activities related to beauty care), including european VAT number

Important: Please make sure to send us a copy of the certificate or other document(s) mentioned above that belongs to your billing name, as this is the name you will be registered in our system.

You can send a copy of your document to us b by e-mail to information@alveola.com as a photo or scanned document.

PLEASE NOTE: To get registered successfully, you must provide us with the documents mentioned above, without which we will not be able to register you as a professional customer.
