• The Temperature Ritual:Never apply a towel directly from the steamer to the client. The pro move: grab it by the corners, snap it in the air 2-3 times, and test it on the inside of your forearm. It should feel intensely warm but never scalding.
• Layered Aromatherapy:For a more immersive scent, don't just use the compartment. Add a small amount of floral water (hydrosol) to the basin where you pre-soak the towels. This embeds the fragrance deep into the fibers, releasing it gradually during the steam cycle.
• The Pre-Shave Boost:When prepping for a shave, apply a bit of pre-shave oil to the skin before applying the hot towel. The steam opens the pores and drives the oil deeper, softening the hair and creating a protective barrier for the blade.
• Pure Steam Protocol:Limescale ruins both the machine and the towels. Use distilled water only. At the end of each shift, empty the reservoir and leave the tray slightly open to air dry—this is the secret to keeping your towels smelling fresh and preventing musty odors.

1. Filling:Fill the water reservoir with clean water (distilled water is recommended to prevent limescale buildup) up to the indicated level.
2. Aromatherapy:Place a few drops of essential oil on a cotton pad or into the dedicated fragrance compartment for a scented experience.
3. Prep the Towels:Wet your small towels, wring them out thoroughly, roll them up, and place them onto the pull-out tray.
4. Start:Turn on the device and set the adjustable timer. Steam will begin to release in just 15 seconds.
5. Removal:Once the timer is up, carefully pull out the tray (using tongs is recommended) and remove the towel. Caution: the steam is hot! Snap the towel in the air once or twice to test the temperature before applying it to the client's skin.
