- Filling: Pour the quartz beads into the inner tank (fill to about 80% capacity).
- Heating: Turn on the device and wait for it to reach operating temperature (the indicator light usually shuts off when ready).
- Sterilization: Insert clean, dry metal tools into the beads for 20–30 seconds.
- Safety: Remove the tools carefully (they will be hot!) and switch off the device after use.
