Why is cotton good?
Durable, pleasant to the touch. Extremely breathable and water-wicking. The fibres of cotton almost trap air, creating a thin layer of air between the skin and the fabric, which helps to maintain a good temperature and avoid a stuffy feeling. Cotton is natural and non-irritating to the skin. Easy to clean, reusable several times.

Why waffle?
Waffle cotton (also known as wasp cotton) is a fabric sewn from 100% cotton fibres, whose speciality lies in its pattern. This stitching technique makes the fabric stronger and more resistant, yet it doesn't feel rough and is comfortable to wear. At first glance, it looks square-meshed, and the most important of its properties is its excellent absorbency. It is easy to disinfect and can even be embroidered if you wish.
