RefectoCil 3% developer liquid 100 ml

The intensive developer ensures brilliant colour results and can be used without concern in the sensitive eye-area. Sufficient for about 200 applications.

Usage: Squeeze 2cm of the RefectoCil tint you want to use into the mixing bowl and add 4-5 drops of RefectoCil 3% Oxidant liquid. Stir with a plastic stick until you get an even mass. Then you can start tinting.
