• Zero-Gap Calibration:When installing, adjust the moving blade to be just a hair’s breadth below the fixed blade (approx. 0.1-0.5 mm). This ensures the sharpest possible lines without snagging or irritating the client's skin.
• Heat & Friction Control:With an 8000 RPM motor, friction is your enemy. Don't just oil once a day; use a 5-in-1 cooling spray after every client. It disinfects, cools, and lubricates the carbon blades instantly.
• Deep Cleaning Discipline:Hair buildup between the blades increases motor strain and dulls the cut. At the end of every shift, remove the head and use compressed air or a stiff brush to clear out the internal drive area.
• The Break-in Period:A brand-new blade can feel "stiff" at first. Before the first cut, let the trimmer run for 30 seconds with a generous amount of oil to allow the moving parts to seat perfectly.

1. Removal:Ensure the trimmer is turned off. Unscrew the two mounting screws on the back of the device and carefully lift off the old blade head.
2. Cleaning:Before installing the new head, use a brush to clean any hair debris from the internal drive of the machine.
3. Installation:Place the new Extreme Detail 10K spare head into position, making sure the moving internal part engages correctly with the motor. Replace the two screws but do not tighten them completely yet.
4. Alignment:Align the blades (adjust for zero-gap if desired), then tighten the screws firmly.
5. Oiling:After turning the device on, apply 2-3 drops of clipper oil to the blades to minimize friction and heat.
