- Blade Synchronization (Alignment):When installing, ensure the moving blade (small) stays just a fraction of a millimeter below the edge of the fixed blade (large). It must never overlap, as this can nick the skin. Pros set it to near "zero-gap" for the sharpest possible fades.
- Heat Control at 10K:The 10,000 RPM speed generates massive friction. As a pro, don't wait for the blade to get hot! Use a 5-in-1 cooling spray after every client. This doesn't just cool the titanium; it cleans and disinfects the surface simultaneously.
- Protecting the Titanium Coating:The titanium-carbon layer is extremely hard but sensitive to micro-scratches. Never use metal tools for cleaning! Only use compressed air or a soft-bristled brush to maintain the smoothness of the coating.
- Cross-Lubrication Technique:Don’t just oil the teeth! Turn the clipper on at the lower speed (8,000 RPM) and apply a drop of oil to both ends and the middle of the blade. Let it run for 10 seconds to distribute the oil evenly between the two metal plates before switching to 10,000 RPM.

- Removing the Old Head:Ensure the clipper is turned off. Unscrew the mounting screws on the back of the device and carefully remove the worn blade.
- Cleaning and Prep:Before installing the new Titanium-Carbon head, use a brush to thoroughly clean out any hair debris and old oil from the drive mechanism.
- Installing the New Blade:Place the replacement blade into position, making sure the moving inner blade correctly engages with the motor's white plastic drive cam.
- Securing:Replace the screws but do not tighten them completely yet. Check that the blades are parallel, then tighten them firmly.
- Initial Lubrication:Turn the clipper on at the lower speed (8,000 RPM) and apply 2-3 drops of oil to the blades to ensure the titanium coating runs smoothly from the start.
