Right of withdrawal

The Consumer (any natural person) has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. 

14 day cooling off period:

• The cooling-off period expires 14 days after the date on which the Consumer or a third party - other than the courier service - designated by the Consumer takes over the Product.
• In the case of a sale of several products, the cooling-off period shall expire 14 days after the day on which the Consumer or a third party other than the carrier and appointed by the Consumer takes over of the last Product.

The Consumer may exercise his or her right of withdrawal between the date of conclusion of the contract and the date on which the goods are received.

The Consumer must send us the cancellation notice within 14 days of receipt of the Product, failing which the cancellation will not be valid. The product must be returned to us without delay, but at the latest within 14 (fourteen) days of the date of the notice of withdrawal. The return deadline shall be deemed to have been met if you return the product to us before the expiry of the 14 (fourteen) day deadline.

The cost of returning the Product shall be borne by the Consumer. We are not accepting packages if it is returned to us by cash on delivery service.

Steps of the withdrawal process:

Send us a notification by email.	Wrap the Product carefully, make sure all accessories are inlcuded.	Dispatch the package with the courier you have choosen.

Returned goods will be dismantled before the camera; if the product is returned to us in its original condition, we will refund the value of the Product and any extra service you have chosen, including delivery costs, within 14 days of receipt. 

The consumer is liable for depreciation of a Product if it is due to use beyond the use necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the Product. If the dismantling reveals a defect or depreciation affecting the value of the Product, we will contact you.

Depreciation factors may include:

• For products used beyond the trial period, and resulting in scratches, damage, discolouration, dirtiness
• Missing accessories

In these cases withdrawal cannot be exercised:

• notice of withdrawal after 14 days;
• invoice issued to a legal person;
• sealed products cannot be returned after opening for health or hygiene reasons (ball deodorant, toothbrushes, massage oils, sexual aids, cosmetics, perfumes, dietary supplements, hair clippers, hair stylers, hairbrushes, men's razors, women's razors, epilators, IPL permanent hair removal, waxing tools, men's hair removal products, women's hair removal products, electric toothbrushes, toothbrush refills, thermometers, inhalers, etc. );
• in respect of a product which, by its nature, is inseparably mixed with other products after it has been taken over.
