A 3% colour developer cream to activate RefectoCil eyelash and eyebrow tints. Use the cream to make your work more comfortable and the tinting mixture more precise.

To use: squeeze 2cm of the RefectoCil colour you wish to use into the mixing bowl and add 4cm of RefectoCil 3% Colour Developing Cream. Stir with a plastic stick until you get an even texture. Then you can start tinting.

RefectoCil Blonde brow (RE057002) can be exclusively used with Oxidant cream!
